Meta & Google Ads for independent Australian clinics.
Most clinic owners aren't short on demand — they're short on time to run ads properly. I manage paid advertising for independent aesthetic, cosmetic and medical weight-loss clinics across regional Australia, so your ad spend produces booked consultations instead of impressions.
No lock-in contracts · Month-to-month · You keep ownership of your ad accounts
Sound familiar?
The four things costing independent clinics the most
These come up in almost every conversation with an owner-run clinic that's managing its own marketing.
Ads pointing at your homepage
Traffic lands on a general practice page instead of a page about the specific treatment they searched for — so they leave without enquiring.
Nobody optimising week to week
The campaign was set up once and left running. Budget keeps going to the same underperforming audiences and search terms nobody has reviewed.
Posting stopped three months ago
Organic social went quiet when the clinic got busy — which is exactly when consistency matters most for staying front of mind locally.
Compliance uncertainty
AHPRA and TGA rules make it genuinely unclear what you're allowed to say in an ad — so a lot of clinics say nothing, or take avoidable risks.
What I do
Paid ads management, built around how clinics actually get patients
Meta Ads
Facebook and Instagram campaigns for treatment-led demand — where visual, considered decisions like cosmetic and weight-loss services are made.
Google Ads
Search campaigns that catch people already looking for your treatments in your city, pointed at pages built to convert rather than a homepage.
Compliance-aware setup
Ad copy and creative written with AHPRA and TGA advertising guidelines in mind — no testimonials, no outcome guarantees, no unverifiable claims.
How it works
Three steps, starting with something free
Free teardown
I review your current ads, Google Business profile and website, then send two or three specific things I'd fix first. No cost, no obligation, no pitch attached.
Build the foundation
If we work together: tracking and conversion setup, audience and keyword structure, treatment-specific landing pages, and compliance-checked ad creative.
Manage and report
Weekly optimisation on budget, audiences, search terms and creative — plus a plain-English monthly report on what you spent and what came back.
What's included
What a month of management actually covers
One flat monthly fee, quoted after the teardown once I've seen your account and know what it needs. Your ad spend is billed directly to you by Meta and Google — I never hold your budget.
Every month
- Weekly optimisation of budget, bids, audiences and search terms
- New ad copy and creative angles tested on a rolling basis
- Negative keyword and audience exclusion maintenance
- Conversion tracking checked and kept accurate
- A plain-English monthly report — spend in, enquiries out
- Direct access to me by email or phone, not a ticket queue
Set up at the start
- Account structure built or rebuilt around your treatments
- Conversion and call tracking configured properly
- Treatment-specific landing pages rather than homepage traffic
- Ad copy and creative reviewed against AHPRA and TGA guidelines
- Baseline numbers agreed, so we both know what improvement looks like
Who you'd be working with
You deal with the specialist directly
I'm Prince — around eight years in performance and growth marketing, specialising in Meta and paid social, with campaign experience across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Alpha Geeks Digital is how I work with clinic owners in Australia.
No account managers, no junior handoff, no reporting dashboard you have to interpret yourself. The person who reviews your account is the person who builds and runs it.
How I work
- Deliberately small client list, so accounts get real weekly attention
- You own your ad accounts, pixels and data — always, including if we stop
- Month-to-month, cancel with 30 days' notice
- Plain-English reporting, no vanity metrics
- Independent, single-location clinics only — no competing clinics in the same city
Questions
Before you enquire
What's actually included in the free teardown?
A short written review of what you're running now — ads if you have them, plus your Google Business profile and website — and the two or three changes I'd prioritise first. It takes me about 15 minutes and you can act on it yourself. It exists so you can judge whether I know what I'm talking about before any money changes hands.
How much should I budget for ad spend?
Separate from my fee, and it depends on your city and treatments. As a starting point, most independent clinics need a meaningful minimum daily spend for the platforms to optimise properly — I'll give you a specific figure for your situation in the teardown rather than a number pulled from thin air.
Can you guarantee a certain number of bookings?
No — and you should be cautious of anyone in healthcare marketing who does. Guaranteed-outcome claims sit badly with AHPRA advertising guidelines and ignore how much depends on your pricing, capacity and how quickly enquiries get followed up. What I commit to is the work: proper setup, weekly optimisation and honest reporting.
Do you understand AHPRA advertising rules?
Yes — the guidelines around testimonials, misleading claims and outcome guarantees shape how the ads get written from the start, and GLP-1 and weight-loss advertising gets extra care given current TGA and AHPRA scrutiny. To be clear, I'm a marketer, not a lawyer: final responsibility for your advertising remains with you as the registered practitioner, and I'll always flag anything I think warrants a second opinion.
I already have an agency. Should I still get in touch?
Probably not, honestly. I work best with clinics currently managing marketing themselves — that's where I can add the most and where the free teardown is genuinely useful rather than an awkward second opinion on someone else's work.
Do you only work with clinics in regional cities?
That's my focus — independent, single-location clinics in cities like Newcastle, Geelong, Townsville, Hobart, Ballarat and Launceston, where good paid media is less saturated than in the capital city CBDs. If you're elsewhere in Australia and self-managing, get in touch anyway and I'll tell you straight whether I'm the right fit.
